Excellent hotel with its indoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and excellent dining options. On my first visit, the staff helped me find great dining places, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism. I highly recommend enjoying meals at the restaurant. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Would love to come back cos I really enjoyed my stay. All is perfect, I had a nice weekend. It has modern spotless rooms, that come with kettle, twin beds, as for instance. The staff is incredibly nice and pleasant.

The room was clean and very large. The beds could be more comfortable, for example newer mattresses.
The breakfast generally leaves a lot to be desired !

gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous
I loved the rooftop pool. It was small but warm and provided fine views of the skyline. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the fish dish I highly recommend! Each morning, I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available, ensuring I started my day right.

Good location in downtown Ruse.
My experience was quite unsettling. The air conditioning in our room was barely functional. The pool, a key reason for my stay, was out of service, and I was not informed beforehand. To top it off, the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed lacking.

Amazing room. Good breakfast and coffee.
Buffet breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Even at 07:00, when it opens, fried eggs are cold, so are sausages and bacon. The so-called orange juice is coloured sugar water. Bummer! But I'll be back!
